MARGAY VILLA 

Nestled inside a gated community this Villa is truly special, it took 1 ½ years to design and 4 years to build. The abundance of wood handcrafted finishes makes this one of the most beautiful Villas in the Northeast of Brazil. Every detail incorporates uniquely designed finishes to complete this spacious and gorgeous Villa. It has a 25 x 8 meters private swimming pool surrounded by an area of 5.000 square meter of Tropical garden, making the Villa totally obscured from the rest of the other residences. At few meters from the beach, the incredible Villa offers 6 bedrooms for 12 people plus 3 children and extra beds per room. Children under 10 years don't pay fee.

Margay Villa is rented as a whole and is an ideal place to go with family or friends and enjoy its barbecue area and pool bar. The Villa has a large dining room, a spacious living room, 8 baths, jacuzzi, sauna, a library room also for watching TV, an office with a game room, a solarium, a large enclosure in the garden to practice yoga and a space to play volleyball are just some of the amenities offered by Margay Villa. The minimum stay is 2 days and available on application. When booking, you must pay 50 % in advance and a deposit is requested, to be returned after the stay if there's no damage in Margay Villa.
